Appointments, payment and house rules
Below you can read what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you, when you are being treated at Fysico Rotterdam. These payment terms and house rules form part of the treatment agreement between you and your therapist. They apply to physiotherapy and the other therapies at our practices in Blijdorp and Delfshaven. (This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of any difference, the Dutch version prevails.) For Fysico Fitness, the following apply: Fysico Fitness terms and conditions.

Health insurers do not reimburse missed appointments, so we charge these to you. See also our fees.
Billing and reimbursement
- We have contracts with almost all health insurers and usually bill your insurer directly.
- If we cannot bill your insurer directly, or if your supplementary insurance has been used up or you don't have one, you will receive the invoice yourself.
- You are responsible for knowing how many treatments your policy covers and how many you have left. Not sure? We're happy to check with you.
- Reimbursement from the basic insurance counts towards your deductible (eigen risico). Read more at insurance cover.
Paying an invoice
- You pay an invoice within 30 days of the invoice date.
- If the invoice has not been paid after 30 days, we will send you a reminder.
- If you still don't pay, we will send a final notice with a last payment term of 14 days, at no extra cost.
- If you do not pay within those 14 days either, we may charge the statutory collection costs and statutory interest and hand the claim over to a collection agency.
- By making a first appointment, a treatment agreement is formed between you and your therapist.
- Please bring your health insurance card and a valid ID to your first appointment. We are legally required to verify your identity.
- Please bring a towel to every treatment.
- If you train in the exercise room, please wear clean (indoor) sports shoes.
- We appreciate good personal hygiene. If the situation is unhygienic, the therapist may end the treatment.

What does a missed appointment cost?
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or don't attend, we charge € 47.50. Health insurers do not reimburse this amount.
How do I cancel an appointment?

When do I need to pay an invoice?
