About us

Fysico's therapists are specialists in improving posture and movement habits, whether based on a medical need or because you want to (re)learn how to move under good guidance. You can also come to us if your complaint or question has not only a physical but also an emotional cause.

In our extensive training centre you can train individually or in a group, guided by a physiotherapist. By combining treatment with exercise therapy and medical fitness training, we are fully in line with the latest insights in physiotherapy.

Most complaints require intensive guidance, both during recovery and afterwards, in the preventive phase. That's why we put together an individual exercise programme for you, aimed at recovery (where possible), (re)learning to use certain functions, increasing your overall load capacity and improving your fitness, resistance, and heart and lung function.

A positive attitude is very important in this. That's why Fysico sets clear goals. This increases enthusiasm and makes exercise not only useful, but also fun.
